Refund policy

Every FallingInSand piece is made with care, and many are personalized, so we don't accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items: please email info@fallinginsand.com within 3 days of receiving your parcel, with a photo of the item and packaging. Once confirmed, we'll re-make or replace the item and ship it to you free of charge.
