Processing: in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Custom and personalized pieces take about 3–10 business days to make before shipping.

Carriers & times: we ship with Canada Post (Priority, Xpresspost, Tracked Packet to the U.S., and International Air or Surface). Delivery times depend on the service and destination. Including making time, custom orders usually arrive within 10–30 business days.

Duties: orders outside Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes on delivery, paid by the recipient.
